VISIT FLORIDA provides monthly reporting from STR for up to 200 partners each month. The STR reports include data on hotel occupancy, average daily rate, revenue per available room, and other hotel-related metrics. The data are broken down by market, with every area in the state being covered by at least 1 market. A map of the markets may be found below. You will receive a report that covers each of these regions. If you are unsure as to which region applies specifically to your destination, contact our research team at research@VISITFLORIDA.org for assistance.

Please note that in recent reports, the Florida Central market has been split into Florida Central North and Florida Central South. The dividing line is in the narrow section near Orlando. We are working to obtain an updated map.
