Ken Lawson said, “On behalf of VISIT FLORIDA, and our state’s entire tourism industry, I would like to thank the Flagler Board of County Commissioners for their unified support of our organization. The Board of Commissioners understands the important role fully funding VISIT FLORIDA plays in supporting over 1.4 million jobs in our state. With a record 112.8 million people coming to Florida last year, too much is at stake for us to stop attracting more visitors. We will continue to increase transparency and accountability at VISIT FLORIDA while remaining competitive so we can break even more visitation records.”
